The World Curling Federation (WCF) has begun an extensive programme of camps and courses, which will run in the coming months, for athletes, officials, administrators, technicians and those new to curling.

Currently the annual ice technician, umpire and coaching courses are taking place in Füssen, Germany. Following those will be the 19th WCF / DCV Hummelt Junior Curling Camp, from 9 to 15 July.

Then, for those interested in attending a camp, registration is still open for:

  • the 2017 Sweetlake Junior Team Curling Camp, in Zoetermeer, Netherlands (31 July to 6 August);
  •  and the 11th Prague Adult Curling Camp, in Czech Republic (20-24 August).
  • please note these camps are now closed for registration
    For those looking for information about the Budapest Mixed Doubles Camp and the Bratislava Adult Camp, neither of these will be held during the 2017-2018 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games curling season.
    More information will be provided regarding the return of these camps during the season.

    Each year the WCF facilitates the growth and development of curling worldwide.
    It works closely with and mentors established, new and prospective Member Associations and employs a team of Competitions and Development Officers to run camps and courses and produce resources to aid the growth of the sport.
