Curling Ice Explained is a technical manual that has been compiled by the World Curling Federation for ice makers in order to explain how to create curling ice.
It describes everything from the demands of the game, to how to create the ice and how to remove it after the season is over.
The manual has been put together by Leif Öhman (WCF Board Member and Head Icemaker at the Olympic Games in 1998, 2002, 2006) and John Minnaar.
The WCF secretariat in Perth, Scotland will get in touch with you to organise the method of payment and shipping. The manual costs 50 EUR or the equivalent in GBP/USD or CAD plus postage and packaging.
