WCF Sports Media Trainee Programme winners announced

The World Curling Federation (WCF) is delighted to announce the winners of the second phase of the WCF Sports Media Trainee Programme for the 2014-15 curling season.

The winning candidates will join the WCF Media & Communications Team at upcoming World Curling Championship events over the next few months.


World Junior Curling Championships 2015 (Tallinn, Estonia)

Trainee Photographer:
Patrick Fulgencio (University of Kings College, Canada)

ZEN-NOH World Women's Curling Championship 2015 (Sapporo, Japan)
Trainee Journalist:
Michael Houston (Glasgow Caledonian University, Scotland)

Trainee Photographer:
Lok Hin Sung (Hong Kong institute of Education, Hong Kong)

TV Production Trainee:
Edward Hebert (Humber College, Canada)

The winning candidates were selected anonymously by the WCF's selection panel after the programme closed on Thursday 22 January 2015.
