The World Curling Federation is pleased to announce the All Stars team for the Pioneer Hi-Bred World Men’s Curling Championship 2019.

Two of the winners are from the reigning world champions, Sweden – fourth Niklas Edin and third Oskar Eriksson. The all-star team also includes Japan’s Yusamasa Tanida and Canada’s Ben Hebert.

The Pioneer Hi-Bred World Men’s Curling Championship 2019 All Stars are:

Fourth: Niklas Edin, Sweden (87%)
Third: Oskar Eriksson, Sweden (90%)
Second: Yasumasa Tanida, Japan (88%)
Lead: Ben Hebert, Canada (94%)

The All Stars are decided based on the shot success percentages in each position throughout the competition’s round-robin stage.

In the case of a percentage tie, the all-star position goes to the player who has out-curled their positional opponent by at least five per cent, more often through the round-robin.
