Team World v Team North America. Twelve teams in total: three mens and three womens teams for both Team World and Team North America. This is a four-day event featuring regular Team games, Mixed Doubles, Singles, Mixed Skins and Skins games. Points are awarded for wins or ties in each discipline. The first team to reach 201 points is declared the winner.

Team World (then Team Europe) won in 2003 (in Thunder Bay), 2006 (in Chilliwack) and 2008 (in Camrose). North America won in 2002 (in Regina, Canada), 2004 (in Medicine Hat) and 2007 (in Medicine Hat).
