World Mixed Doubles and World Seniors get underway in Russia
Chelyabinsk, Russia April 17, 2010The World Mixed Doubles Curling Championship and World Senior Curling Championships start this Sunday in the Ural Lightning Ice Palace in Chelyabinsk in Russia. The event goes ahead despite the widespread travel disruption caused by the Icelandic volcano eruption.

Dumfries, Scotland to stage 2014 World Mixed Doubles and World Senior Curling Championships
Dumfries, Scotland April 11, 2013The World Curling Federation (WCF) and the Royal Caledonian Curling Club today announced that the Scottish town of Dumfries will host the World Mixed Doubles Curling Championship and World Senior Men’s and Women’s Curling Championships in 2014.
